All RAM Game Room tables ship via insured LTL freight on pallets from the U.S.
- Delivery is curbside (end of truck)
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Tables are heavy and palletized — you will need assistance to move them inside
Additional delivery services (inside delivery, etc.) may be available upon request before shipment.
Receiving Your Order
Freight delivery requires a quick inspection at arrival.
Before signing the delivery receipt:
- Inspect packaging and product for any visible damage
- Confirm all items are received
- Note any damage directly on the delivery receipt
We strongly recommend writing “Subject to inspection” when signing.
If damage is visible:
- Refuse the shipment or clearly note damage on the receipt
- Take photos and contact us immediately
Signing without notes confirms the delivery was received in good condition.
Damage Reporting (Strict Timeframes)
To ensure eligibility for replacement:
- Report any concealed damage within 48 hours
- Include photos of packaging and product
Delays in reporting may result in a denied claim.

RAM Game Room products include a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
