All BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables include complimentary insured freight shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Each table is securely packaged and shipped on a pallet via LTL freight
- Delivery is curbside (end of truck)
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (typically within a 4-hour window)
- Liftgate service is included when required
Please note: Due to the size and weight of these pieces, assistance will be required to bring the table inside.
Upon Delivery
To ensure your order is properly received and protected, we recommend the following:
Inspect before signing
- Confirm the number of boxes matches the delivery receipt
- Carefully check all packaging for visible damage
- Open any box that appears compromised
Document any issues
- Note all damage or missing items directly on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the packaging and product
Important: Signing the delivery without notes confirms the shipment was received in perfect condition and may void your ability to file a claim.
If damage is identified, please refuse the affected item and contact us immediately. We will arrange replacement parts as quickly as possible.
Concealed Damage
If damage is discovered after delivery:
- Notify us within 3 business days
- Include photos to support your claim
Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for coverage.
Warranty
All BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables are backed by a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, designed to ensure long-term durability and performance.
Coverage includes:
- Structural components such as the frame, pedestals, hardware, and supports
Exclusions:
- Playing surfaces, finishes, armrests, foam, and other wear components
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or modifications
Additional warranties:
- Electronics (including LED components): 2 years
- Seating (chairs, benches, ottomans): 2 years
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only. Approved claims are fulfilled through replacement parts shipped directly.
